Kudos Vitamins are an online supplier of healthcare vitamins and herbal supplements. They are a UK over the counter sales and marketing subsidiary and are fully owned by Meldex International plc. Kudos was formed in 1998 to produce pure natural supplements for “the discerning health food consumer”.

the objective

To sell their products, Kudos required an online presence with a full e-commerce solution. It needed to have secure payment options and all the traditional e-commerce functionality which visitors will expect.

The site also needed to be not only updateable with products, prices and images, but also with in depth information about the products. Since they are selling vitamin and herbal supplements, it was important to be able to show which part of the body the supplements were for.

Products can be added to the basket and edited in a way that most internet users will be familiar with. Beaver delivered a full e-commerce solution for the website, with secure online payments.

The site is maintained by Kudos with a complete content managed system (CMS). It allows the addition of new products, images and prices. The CMS system also has a function to allow Kudos to create images to show which part of the body their products are for.
